In 2019, the real estate development company led by Stefano Spremberg began the renovation of a former abandoned mixed-use building, comprising both a hotel and a ground-floor commercial unit, for a total area of approximately 1,600 square meters.
The project was completed in 2021, transforming the building into a Luxury Residence brand and a high-end restaurant.
The real estate development project has won prestigious awards such as the Condé Nast Award 2024 and the Best Exclusive Small Hotel Europe.
