In January 2021, Palazzi Cieloterra established an SPV for the property management and acquisition of two buildings in the heart of Milan, with a total area of approximately 3,000 square meters. The transformation project involves the creation of 23 residential units. The Building Permit (PdC) has already been authorized, and work is currently underway.
