In July 2026, Palazzi Cieloterra established an SPV to purchase and renovate a building in the Navigli area, a short walk from IULM University and the metro, in one of Milan's most sought-after areas.
With a total surface area of approximately 1,500 m2, the transformation project includes the creation of 15 residential units and over 30 parking spaces.
