In 2022, the renovation project began on a former hotel building, acquired by the real estate holding company Palazzi Cieloterra Investment Management, specializing in real estate management. This project involved the complete renovation of the property to create 38 studio apartments, managed by a leading international hospitality company. The project was completed in September 2024.
