In May 2024, the real estate scouting firm Palazzi Cieloterra Investment Management established an SPV to acquire Villa Mesmer, the former headquarters of the Guardia di Finanza in Monza, a historic building originally constructed in 1680. The building has two floors above ground and a basement.

It boasts a retail space of approximately 2,000 square meters. This real estate investment project involves the complete transformation of the villa into high-end residential units. Building permits have already been confirmed and the strip-out phase has been completed. The tender process is currently underway.
