A PERIOD HERITAGE FOR THE SUSTAINABLE CITY, REDEVELOPED BY THE REAL ESTATE HOLDING COMPANY

Mascheroni: a successful example that demonstrates the commitment that the Palazzi Cieloterra real estate holding company invests daily in sustainable real estate development.

The palace was built between 1916 and 1920, commissioned by Prince Paolo Troubetzkoy, also known as a renowned sculptor of the time, in accordance with the master plan developed in 1884 by engineer Cesare Beruto. This master plan is recognized for its merit in requiring the construction of residential neighborhoods characterized by buildings of the same type.

This period saw the construction of important buildings erected in the early years of the century to accommodate the new bourgeois class that was emerging.

It is a period characterized by the spread of architectural models of various styles: Art Nouveau (such as those of Via XX Settembre), Neo-Renaissance (a style found in the buildings in the streets adjacent to Via Mascheroni).
