LUXURY APARTMENTS IN FINALE LIGURE, A PROJECT BY PALAZZI CIELOTERRA REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

In 2021, an SPV was formed to purchase the historic "Il Covo" nightclub in Finale Ligure. This ambitious project, promoted by the real estate management company Palazzi Cieloterra, involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of luxury apartments spanning 1,200 square meters, with over ten garages and eight outdoor parking spaces.

The project was approved by the Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape, and the Building Permit was authorized with a change of use to residential.
