Villa Faraggiana is a historic residence built in the mid-19th century located on the shore of Lake Maggiore, consisting of a historic-monumental main building and four ancillary buildings.
The property is surrounded by a 28,000-square-meter park, with a private beach offering spectacular views of the lake.
Our aim is to carry out a conservative restoration of the Villa, also making some innovations, in agreement with the Superintendency, for the construction of tennis courts, a swimming pool, and an underpass for direct access to the lake.
