In 2022, a securitization company was established to acquire the credit of the Cave della Ghigliazza area, located within the Municipality of Finale Ligure (nominal value over €90 million) along the sea.
The real estate investment company is currently negotiating with the Municipality to redefine the previous Urban Planning Agreement, which will likely allow for the development of approximately 30,000 m2 of residential floor space.
